Reach Food Service UAE Is a leading importer and distributor of gourmet produce to the HORECA industry in the UAE since 2009. Built upon a desire to bring amazing products to Dubai’s ever growing food & beverage sector; we set out with four core principles: Quality, sustainability, reliability and honesty. Products are ethically procured from sustainable sources and we go to great lengths to ensure the products and brands we supply are of the highest quality and meet our standards; if that’s Black Cod from Alaska, Chilean Sea Bass from Reunion, Soft Shell Crabs from Malaysia, Baby Squid from Thailand, Handmade Mochi from England or Soy Sauce from Japan we have approved suppliers working with us to ensure quality in a sustainable way.


Being direct importers enables us to offer competitive and stable pricing, whilst holding large volumes of stock to ensure continuity of supply. With warehousing at Dubai Investment Park, we are well situated to offer delivery six days a week across Dubai & Abu Dhabi as well as exporting to the wider GCC.


We work in close partnership with the UAE’s top chefs and restaurateurs, regularly sourcing exciting new products to elevate their menus. Our aim is to build a personal relationship with our discerning clients in order to understand and serve their produce requirements. It’s this honest partnership that has lead to great relationships and chefs taking us with them to their next positions.


With sustainability as one of our core principles we aim to source products that are both ethically produced & sustainable; we hold MSC & ASC chain of custody certification enabling us to ensure our seafood is traceable, from the boat to your back door.

Our suppliers adhere to industry standards for responsible & sustainable fisheries such as MSC, COLTO and Alaska Seafood; this is essential for fish like Black Cod, Chilean Seabass & King Crab. We actively seek new partnerships with suppliers that have sustainability at the core of their principles.

We also hold ISO 22000-2005 certification for our warehouse and logistics operation; this shows our commitment to upholding our standards across the entire supply chain. This accreditation goes hand in hand with our MSC & ASC accreditation; giving us the tools to trace our products from catch to final delivery.


The brands we work with are some of the best in the market; Besecker a family run business, produce our Black Cod. While sapmer provide us with the most amazing Chilean Seabass, and Open Blue farm Cobia; one of the most sustainable fish available.

We take care to handle our products correctly during transportation and storage. Then, we use our own fleet of delivery vehicles to deliver to your door so that we maintain a personal service and a familiar face.

Importing directly enables us to offer competitive and stable pricing. Holding large volumes of stock allows us to ensure continuity of supply. Dealing directly with our producers ensures dependable quality. We aim to minimize the amount of external glaze applied to our products; using only the right amount to ensure the quality.


Big fan of Reach product & customer service; it can quite often be too much of a rarity to receive ongoing communication & support from suppliers. With Reach I am always kept updated with new products, availability & prices which is extremely important for me.
